Refund policy

Ready-to-Wear Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hottedancewear.com within the 14-day return window.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send anything back unless you have received return confirmation and instructions from us.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns for final sale items or 3rd party retailers.

Made-to-Order & Customized Pieces Returns

Please note that made-to-order and customized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless the item is faulty.

We kindly ask that you double-check all customization details before completing your purchase, as we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items produced with incorrect information provided at checkout.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping and package protection fees are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
